@Alloof Easy agreed it has been a lot of wait time in one way or the other. Some of folks here getting their PD current will agree to frustration of FAD table not moving even though seems within reach. Hopefully all of us get our GC approved soon. Good luck.

my medicals are from Jan 2025 my assumption is that they dont expire and i should not expect RFE for medical again. am i correct?

@A P I don't think so the medicals expire. its USCIS they can ask for any RFE. There are pros and cons if we receive a RFE. So just got to go with the flow.

My EAD got approved today after 15 months and two service enquiry. I am still waiting for my I485 approval.

has anyone with PD between feb 15,2022 and march 15,2022 seen any update in terms of interview scheduling? a colleague told me uscis sends notice about 4 weeks prior to interview so just want to lnow if anyone saw any activity on that front.

@rajan b - I haven't seen any update, I fall in the given bracket.

why there is no movement even after PD becoming current for many of you folks ?

@sat ban - It depends on lot of factors including where it is processing. This time of the year, processing capacity will be further reduced due to holidays

uscis smartly grouped all service center based operations together with a processing time of 27 months so no requests can bemade

@rajan b - Mine has a submission date of Feb-2022 and I see that I can submit it. Not sure if I should do, hence asked for suggestions here

@Alloof Easy : My spouse didn’t receive EAD for more than 6 months and we did congressman enquiry and in 2 weeks we received it. I think since you already crossed processing time of 10 months trying congressman enquiry could help…

for people who are currently current, is the approval going on based on Priority date? I saw the timeline on Reddit and this forum. EB1 with PD as 12/20 got approved 14 days back, in this chat I see that Raj G with PD 01/2021 was approved 9 days back.. This makes me think even though we are current, they might be approving based on PD..

@MK SP you are right, not a lot of activity in terms of transfers and approval. We would need to see if there are any movements in other EB categories or Family based petitions. Looks like EB1 lane is paused. Others any thoughts?

All, January visa bulletin is out, this group will have lot more people as the date has advanced to February 1, 2023.

I raised the service request and received a reply saying no action needed form me and I will get to know when the i485 is approved or if interview is needed that’s it no updates since then. PD-Feb 2022

@SK SK : when did you file for I-485? I filed in May, PD Jan 2022, on trying to raise service request, it’s saying I cannot raise it. showing me a timeframe of Nov 2026 to raise a service request

There is an update to my case. From actively being processed state, it has changed to Actively being reviewed. Have a FTA0 and FTA1 code in the API. Same update is also seen on my derivative case…Total 3 FTA0s and 1 FTA 1 code

@A R the USCIS website shows 'biometrics' but got the update from Emma - live agent. Not sure how it reflect on the case process
