TPS approval
I just got my approval notice from uscis. I want to apply for Advance Parole even with my removal preceedings by middle next year but my tps expires next year December. I am wondering if my Ap will be approved before my tps expires. Any advice will be greatly appreciated 🙂#please

you can’t leave the country if you have removal proceedings in the court. if you leave, it will be considered as self deportation and you won’t be allowed in at the port of entry. and I don’t think they will approve AP for you because of your on going removal proceedings

i see alot of people on deportation order with Daca traveling with AP. why is removal preceedings with TPS different?
