tourist visa denied -
i was approved i-140, and i was denied a tourist visa in 2003 and i put that information in the ds 260, ( now im waiting de appoiment - consular process) would tha be a reason to deny the eb2 in the consular interview? #eb2niw

no, got multiple tourist visa denials many yrs ago but eventually got visa. Assuming denial is for the usual reason of not establishing strong ties from your home country/residence. I always put my denials on DS260, its all good. But there are obviously many possible reason for tourist visa denials e.g misrepresentation, etc. which may come up during interview.

not yet, but i have other working visa, tourist visa isnt immigrant visa. EB2 is immigrant so totally different parameters vs tourist
