I've seen this, they checked the children's criminal records and there are none so they are released early.

AP checking done means almost 485 background check clear

@ss dachavaram you are correct visa numbers ran out by the time FO opens my file , they put 485 on hold and issued AP

on 15-sep my kid and mine AP approved..waiting for my wife AP to get approved.

does that mean that they were processing our I-485 and as visa’s are not available for this year they issued the I131 AP?
