Today I'm using my last resource before sue them
Hello lawfully friends. My I-485 case is being pending for almost 2 years. It's been an unnecessary delay because USCIS has tones of Bonafide Marriage evidence, they have my medical exams, my I-130 was approved on 3/2022, what else they need to schedule appointment for interview or approve my case. Reached out Ombudsman, Congressman, Senator, multiple inquiries. Today I sent a letter to Humanitarian Division in Vermont. Let's see what happens.

Like copy of life insurance and retirement plans indicating spouse as a beneficiary ( mine and my husband's), copy of car insurance, copy of jointly bank accounts statements, copy of mortage, copy of health insurance and beneficiaries, copy of tickets and hotels we booked for our vacations in the last 2 years, copy of the last 5 years filing taxes jointly as a marriage, pictures with family and friends.

@Mr MCC no. Apparently my case should be adjudicated in Newark field office because I live in New Jersey. My surprise was when I got RFE and I responded (they asked for my medical exams) they requested to send them to Cincinnati FO. When I did inquiries for case out of processing time, the contact center don't even know where exactly my case it's been processing. They are playing games honestly. The last update that I have is when they received my medical exams.

I sent the letter to the Humanitarian Division in Vermont because that's where the USCIS contact center told me to do it after several inquiries for case out of processing time.
