Has anyone seen movement on their cases for people from partially banned or fully banned countries?

My congressman reached out to Uscis early this month, they told them my case has been paused because I’m from one of the banned countries and they will only resume once the ban is lifted

I reached out to congressman they told me cases are paused from partially banned countries. so maybe after 2029 when this administration leaves
