tired of waiting????😡😡😡
anyone like this? every time I contact USCIS, they say waiting for review and it’s at my local office. they give the 90 days limit and when it’s over, they say the same thing. please help?

oh, that’s crazy Jan Khan, I have seen so many approvals from 2021 and 2022 and we are left out. my friend is a week a head of me and he got an interview here in Nashville but they didn’t ask for evidence befor since they received his form.

call and request to speak with a supervisor, dont stop until you speak with one! someone on here went through similar, spoke to other a supervisor and got her approval

Vee M, spouse overseas, I did make a mistake though in I-130 and answered both questions about the embassy and the beneficiary being in the US. it was an error the way the question were and I did submit a typographical error form and was told they update their system but to me it’s stil the same when I open I-130.
