That’s very long wait. You probably qualify to file an « Outsde of normal processing time » request. Check on the USCIS.gov

I have tried all means apart from sueing them, not even a approval, submitted 3rd ead applications already.

Some of them have tremendous backlog, if that’s the case then it’s a waiting game. I’m April 2019 and waiting cause Atlanta SC is backlogged, so I can’t do anything but wait

I am in a similar situation , I applied my i130 and i485 in January 2018, had my first interview in may 2019 and second interview in June 2021 both in San Francisco office,, still looking respond not even an update on their website to show we have been for the interview

zeez ze they did not attend to my case all all they did was a request for evidence since January 2020 there is no update.

I will be honest, I don’t see any other option but to either wait longer or sue them. If it was me, I would’ve done it a long time ago.

what could be the problem, we have gone for the i484 interview in 2019 and i130 in 2021, still no update, my lawyer just said we should wait, this is my 3rd time renewing my ead, which took like 14 months for it to get out after I was asked to come to another biometric in July 2021…. it’s crazy
