tired of this nonsense and I don’t know how to fix this
had an RFE for the I864. My sponsor didn’t file taxes this year, has an extension granted. we submitted all their past taxes and W2’s. same job. and sufficient income every year.
got an RFE for their tax return. I can’t push my sponsor. so I responded with their paychecks and w2 again and a letter of explanation. since then also had a raise at work that now makes my income qualify myself as the immigrant with same job for 8 months. If anyone wonders why it’s so hard to qualify for me, well, we have 7 kids and live in rural America where wages aren’t so high. So after 60 days no response to RFE response I uploaded as unsolicited evidence a new I864 with updated income and paychecks and employment letter. also made a service request. anyone have insight into similar kind of case of situation?

I got the same RFE because we didn’t include the latest tax. Which you reply with the correct information now and I am waiting 42 days now nothing approved yet and it’s frustrating.

yes I also responded with the tax requested but after my initial RFE response. it’s been about 60 days
