@Cerj Raj you can’t file mandamus if it’s not out of processing time. which this case is not. it’s just an unlucky one.

You can file. 1. There are no laws preventing you to suing even within 1 month of applying. It does NOT have to be outside normal processing times! 2. USCIS times is internal, nothing to do with Federal laws! Where most laws stated within 6 month USCIS needs to make a decision. 3. All depends on your current suffering because of the pending case, and the quality of your case. 4. Many attorneys recommend to wait at least 12 months.
