I applied for vawa since Jan 2022, my EAD is about to expire in the next 3 months. I already applied for another EAD since December and nothing!!!
I don’t want to lose my job, as they just offered me a new position there
is there any suggestions/advice??

hi dear,I’d suggest expediting but depends on your profession like if you’re a healthcare worker you can get it within two weeks of expediting.Ask your lawyer about it

Expedite. Try local congress inquiry. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

once you put in your renewal before your EAD expires, you get a automatic extension of 180 days. that will give them time to process your application

use your notice of renewal... im currently working with an extension of 540 days while I wait. I also contacted EVerify to ensure my extension of 540 days is validated as proof of being able to work. Applied for vawa May 2021, waiting for 2nd EAD/AP approval and vawa approval at the same time🙏🤞

Your receipt from the EAD Renewal gives you an extension of 540 days. Ur new work permit will be valid for 2 years.
