@Gigi Gonzalez I saw a video analysis on the processing times and that’s a month old now they only have 379 cases left from October. I hope you get something soon it shouldn’t be much longer. They are already processing January cases as well

did you checked the status online my friend said his case is under active processing I don’t know what it means ? any idea what is your petition date in October 2023

October 2023, my case just approved yesterday.

Ours is October 9th for CR1, it's on actively Reviewed :)

@Vicente Hernandez that gives me hope. I only got the receipt number and that's it, so hopefully I get either the bio appt or an approval. the good thing about being at the btm is that there's nowhere else to go except up🙏🙏

@vt sn my case received on October 3, and I do biometrics on November 7, my status change to review after do biometrics( November 8) . and a month later my case status change to approved on December 10.

@Lisa L my case was received on Oct 4th but I didn't get my biometrics appt (which it worries me a little bit), so maybe I'm next!, congrats on your approval!!!!

@vt sn yes, we residing in the US. so I apply I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 on the same time. In different country for a spouse visa you need to apply both I-130 and I-485 too.
