i have pending i130 immedite relative i m just waiting for approval of my i130 then there is no.wait for visa bcuz i m spouse of us citizen its take 45 days to 3 months to get visa if you are green card holder spouse then you have to wait till the visa become availble its take a while be patient inshallah

yeah I have submitted my civil documents in which birth certificate and passport size face picture, marriage certificate and my passport picture , police character certificate and my husband tax details and i864 form.
