Timeline I-140 Texas Service Center Premium Processing
I filed the I-140 (regular processing) for I-140 EB1C on February 8 and converted it into a premium on August 2. It seems that the timeframe that USCIS has to process an I-140 in this category is 45 days instead of 15 days. Anyone with experience with this could, let me know about their experience? Regardless of the 45 official timeframe, I expected a faster process.
