idk the answer but did you file the waiver before being told to file it? trying to see if it’s necessary to wait if we know if has to be filed

@gift husband was out of status but was in jail so it ended up being a year so we figure he has a 10 year bar if they count the jail time

@adam my visa was just denied due to marijuana use and I was given a 1 year ban with drug testing I have to now submit a new I601 waiver, im just wondering how long people have been waiting for an approval. my lawyer said they get approved much faster than I601A waivers, like 8-10.5 month wait. has anyone gotten theirs approved faster than that?
