timeline for i485 and i765
I have a question to whom ever could help, i was given daca when I was younger and recently my father and step mother were approved on there i485, now it’s my turn, I received (u visa) status per my dads wife, and now I’ve summited my i765 and i485, I have not received many updated on my i765 and my current permit expires in October, my i485 has shows fingerprints were taken, ( my lawyer told me that sometimes USCIS reuses the old fingerprints from previous applications), I wanted to know what time timeline or timeframe is to ether revive my i765 so that I don’t loose my job. thank you!

yes it did, I found the notice and read it and saw that I can use the notice with my expired EAD for up to 540 days, since I work as an electrician and travel from Orange County and San Diego county I pass a border patrol station that’s sometimes stops all traffic and conducts an inspection on suspicious vehicles or individuals, and if my EAD is expired I don’t know if I could keep traveling to work ( I live in California)
