Hi Lawfully team, it has been over 481 days since my I-130 approved and been waiting for approval of I-824 since Jun'23. Can someone suggests how long they usually take to approve this? and what is next once my I-824 gets approved? thanks.

they take around 12 months I know someone Jan 23 got approved December

mine was like that.I did an expedite it’s got denied n after a month it change to approved so maybe contact ur congress man as well
