wow, this is very long wait. Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

I filled march 2021 and finger print re-use may 2021
December 29 it was moved to NBC the the following day it was moved to another office who has jurisdiction over the case
.January 2022 was ready to be scheduled for interview.October 2022 my children immigrant visa was approve
, 5 days after, my case was moved back to finger print applied.
