Unfortunately seems very random. They took almost 5 months to request evidence for my expedite request so we will see how long they take after I submit documentation

I am not sure if anyone relates to this but from what I see they either are very quick like a few days or take forever even they even respond

does anyone know if we can call to check if they have received the evidence?

which form did you expedite? I did my i131 expedite and it took 3 months from when I submitted evidence till I got approved.

I just called, the tier said that they don’t have access to the faxes sent to the NBC so hopefully they got it, there isn’t really a way to know and that there isn’t really a timeline for response but usually less than 7 days

this was for my ead and only got the evidence email after 3 expedites and tier 2 request

I didn’t fax. I mailed it to them using USPS because I thought if I fax it, it might get mixed up with other people’s evidence.

they didn’t send me any notice saying they received the evidence. I was in the dark till I finally got my AP.

in my notice they specifically asked to fax them so that’s exactly what I did hopefully they get and review it quickly

they say it should be quick after you submit the documents, but with USCIS is impossible to say what that actually means
