timeline after rfe submission
Hi, my I-140 PD was is Sep2022/ I requested PP in feb and 7 days later I’ve got rfe, now I just respond to the rfe do you guys have any idea how long is it gonna take? someone told me that I can call and ask I’m not sure it’s a good idea isn’t it?

you need to count 45 days since the time you responded to the rfe ..

no need to call they will let you know once they have received your RFE. be patient they will get back to you.

Sice the PP is available to upgrade, the majority of applicants get an RFE! Don’t worry! as long as your response is solid you are fine

you never know but sometimes they only take one or two weeks to answer,. Good luck!

@sny b You don't need to call them. Once they received your response you should hear back from them within 45 days since you have PP. Good luck!
