Timeline
my case was wrongfully closed as they said they sent a request for more evidence that me, my wife, and my lawyer did not receive. we submitted a motion and appeal to reopen the case, they received it and took my money on June 29, and we have heard nothing since. Anyone else had something similar to this happen, and if so how long did it take to reopen the case?
