and it would have taken much much longer if I didn’t ask for congressman inquiry last month. then in a week they send the medical RFE. they approved without an interview

congratulations Khaled, can someone do congressional inquiry for 485? I thought it's only for 765 and travel doc. Please I'll like to know how you went about it. thanks

@kim F I didn’t know that either that’s why it took me so long. but some people told me do it, you won’t loose anything. and it worked super quick. I believe the inquiry at least gives a push even if it’s not this quick. so I advise any one to do it. it’s free and easy.

@vlo. yes. it was transferred to NBC ON December 1, 2022. but didn’t hear anything from them till the congress inquiry

@cj chang. I am a physician. I told them them I need to travel more for international conference to present my work and that is affecting my career promotion/advancement and that’s important to where I work.
