Time to receive medical RFE after transfer to NBC
My I485 finally got transferred out of Texas to NBC this month and I was wondering how long I should be expecting to receive RFE for medicals after this transfer ( I did not submit medicals with my application) ? I am EB2-niw, ROW and PD is current. I searched through previous posts but haven’t seen people in this category report on timeline for RFE. Any insights would be appreciated, thanks! #eb2niw #medicalrfe #nbc

glad it got transferred out of Texas. how long was it at Texas before it got transferred? what is your PD?

@chris will pd is Dec 2021- it was at texas until it got transferred this month.

@chris will yes I was excited to see case finally moving but am also concerned how long it will take to receive the RFE. hopefully the wait isn’t that long for this but one can only wonder.

1 week after I received the approval. it was in Aug/23 and my PD was Jun/21
