there are a few lawsuits against the ban. Hopefully it will lift soon

@lovely roses I did get the 601a approved in April but my mom died while waiting 😢 so now I’m on another journey 204i reinstatement I’m so over this but I have to push through

I had to do the 204L as well cause my mom died. It took 2 years.

well my grandfather took up the case he’s a U.S. citizen I sent everything in June then in July my lawyer told NVC n they sent the case back in jul n it got transfer at Vermont my pd date is 2013 n the waiver approved n I was DQ at NVC just waiting for that darn waiver now I have it my mom died . idk I heard it take a longer time when ur i130 not approved as yet ?

the 75 ban has been lifted finally🤧I hope you get approved soon🫶🏼

@Crissy Perry my I-130 was approved 6 months after she passed, then I did the 204L…The 204L isn’t considered priority, this is why it takes time.

@lovely roses oh my 130 was approved in 2020 n my mom passed 2026 after the waiver n the NVC was DQ in 2024 I was just waiting on an interview yea I know it isn’t prioritize but I see cases where is approved like 3/6 months
