July 8th 2021 and still no approval. been actively reviewing for the second time since September 9th 2022 and since then nothing.

Hello! on uscis website "processing time" after selecting the type of petition, your Center and viewing the time of waiting below you can find out your "inquiry date" (it says "Enter your receipt date below to find out if you can contact us with questions.") if I correctly understood your visa type you can already send an online request to uscis since the date passed. it will say " You can send us tests about your case by submitting a Service Request online" and a link. I think you really should try to contact uscis or write to the senator (of your state) saying that the terms are much longer than they should be. there is a special form on the senator's page for this. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

@aileen jarrett I think it's worth a try, it's free. In the worst case, the Senator will reply that he will not be able to help as uscis should be fair to all applicators and it won't effect. It is in cases where cases go beyond the waiting time limits, senators can help and also when there are reasons for life or deft (this may be medical reasons, financial, etc.) On the Senator site of your state will section "help with federal agency", there is usually a form that you need to fill or the PDF document to download and fill, and then send to their email/fax/ postal address. Then they will answer and request this or another form of the PDF again. in answer you need to explain the situation and cause of your request. You need to know that if you say about any medical and other reasons, they may ask you to send evidence to that. i hope you will get your long awaited approval soon 🤞🤞🤞
