I-485 is at 20 months. requested a tier 2 officer to call me. has anyone had them help you? my I-130 has been approved and they already asked for my medical and recived it 100 days ago. hoping to get someone’s attention to finally get a decision 😩🫶🏼

I submitted my medical 68 days ago and requested a tier 2 officer to call me 10 days ago .. I’m still waiting and I hope they will approve my case within the next 20 days
