question why are you expediting this early ?

@gigi wright, my wife is unemployed and we have a daughter. We have been living on our savings for few months now and I have a job offer that I don’t want to loose.

have they approved? how did you talk to a tier 2 officer I am on the same situation I expidite on Jan 30 and they asked for evidence submitted it last week on tuesday

@mim Co, I just got an email from them that says a lot of things but at the same time says nothing at all. This is one paragraph: When considering severe financial loss to a person: If the expedite request relates to an application for employment authorization or student status, the need to obtain employment authorization or student status, standing alone without any evidence of other compelling factors does not warrant expedited treatment.

My guess is that the expedition isn’t granted. They basically mean you can’t just say, me and my wife don’t have job, I need to work, so I need to expedite my case and get the EAD approved sooner. What you explained to us on your situation with unemployment of the household and a daughter and job offer. You have to provide supporting documents to tell that story in a more convincing way. Your bills (medical, power, rent, insurance etc), account balance at your banks showing the imbalances of how much spent but no income, job offer stating how that would help….. Whatever you had submitted, they didn’t think you have enough evidence showing you have more urgent need than any other applicants financially that they could approve your expedition. This is my guess from what you’ve posted so far. Good luck!

hey bro, I have had 2 of these and I promise you there isn't a call back at least not for expedite request even over 30days. The will send you an email containing generic bullshit. My advice, I contacted both my senator and congresswoman, if that doesn't work, I will contact the Ombudsman

@moe na your wife can’t find anything else ? because your case is fairly new

@moe na you’ll need to provide documents but even so your case still new and they might look over at it and do nothing. hopefully your wife can find something sooner

@Vee V, my RFE was about tax return for my wife, @S A, I will wait for few weeks before contacting my congresswoman, I read that USCIS cycle time of I-765 for FY 2023 is 3-4 months , @gigi wright, yes my wife is looking for a job now.
