Tier 2 Help
hello friends, How to reach the tier 2 agent on call? or should I just wait until they call me. I just had a live chat and she said tier 2 person has to resolve my issue and they would call in next 30 days. 😩😩

Call the 800 number, say you want an update on case then when the automated voice asked for your number, say you don't have access to it and then your call will be transferred to a live rep agent. That's the only way I've managed to get through. I've called twice and spoken to someone..

@Vee V When the contact center (tier 1) told me the tier 2 agent would call me back, they sent an email instead giving very few details about my case (what I already knew). That same day I got on the chat and connected with a live agent and was given all the details I needed.

You have to specifically ask them for the detailed “latest updates” on your case.
