It depends on the urgency but I've usually gotten a call back the next working day

what is the reason for the call

@Maddie B, Basically I submitted an expedited request on May 10 but they haven’t gotten back to me until yesterday morning and the response was: we received your expedited request and it is under review, you will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly, so I called them and the USCIS rep told me that it was weird so they escalated me to Tier 2

i submitted two expedite requests, asked for a tier 2 call, they never got back to me. I then had to go through the congressman to get an answer, and they simply said, your application is still being processed

Afternoon escalating 3 times fora tier 2 and receiving texts with the message “1-2 bus days we’ll call you” it took 3 times for someone to call me so close to the end of 30 days with nothing to offer. She did say I’m doing a good thing by involving my congressman. She said it’s then kinda assigned or flagged to a different group whose supposed to have some answers! The only thing I find positive in this is that I’m hopping I’m more closer to, than away from, my approval

i received a email from USCIS saying , we will call you in 1-2 business days and never call me back. hopefully yours will be different
