This week is over— Better Luck Next Week
I guess this week is over.. Better Luck next week ya’ll. Still no progress on my stuck I-130 at Vermont. I got second active review on May 8th and case on hold due to security checks… Let’s hope next week is a good week. all we can do is be hopeful every week… Hope my wife can join me in the US soon…

@Mparmar Parmar I did a month ago.. I’m still waiting a response from USCIS. they inquired. congress said wait 60 days for response. just pure silence…

@april 2022 can you please send me an example of what you wrote to the congressman? I have been waiting since February 2022

@S B I just told the congressman it’s beyond what’s listed on their website for processing time and these delays are causing problems for us and that I hope they can assist us.

@Long Journey I’m really concerned as well. I’m not sure how long do I have to wait.. I’m in the US and my wife is in turkey. I get the same thing eveytine I contact them.. security checks .. I’m tired of this.. like don’t they have a deadline or something.. this is truly concerning

I think uscis has time till beginning January, 2024 ! I submitted same time on April,2022 still waiting. Hope you will get approved soon 🔜
