Your case is under active review by an immigration officer. You should be receiving a decision or notice of further action at the address of record shortly. If you have not received a decision or notice of further action within 60-days of this response, please feel free to submit a new inquiry by calling the USCIS Contact Center.
I called USCIS today and was told that I was in queue to be scheduled for an interview as of September 21, 2023.
I applied for asylum before, I was then placed in removal proceedings in 2020. Married in early 2022. On December 2022, the judge dismissed the proceedings based on the marriage case and I currently have no lawyer. Do you think that I will be better off attending the married based interview with a lawyer if I were to be scheduled for one? and how long does it take to receive the interview notice from USCIS? Thanks!

I had my interview in June without a lawyer and it went smoothly. You do not need a lawyer to be honest. you and your partner just need to be as natural as possible and be ready to answer questions about your relationship.

Thanks @wiz kid, I see that you were in removal proceedings before. I appreciate your comment.
