June 7 2022 and still nothing

there are some folks who have been waiting since 2020. i myself filed in Oct 2021. hang in there. patience is a key

@Zhar KS patience will never get the job done with uscis .. you need to keep bugging every day and every week otherwise they will put your case on the top shelf and forget about it.. out of experience if I sat down and wait maybe I still didn’t receive the EAD card and SSN .. if I forgot about my RFE they would just keep me thinking wether they received it or no .. inquired 7 times about my RFE response and finally they sent an email stating that they received it and I don’t have to worry.. do you think I stopped.. ofc no .. I called today and requested an expedite to my I-485 .. I’ll wait for the decision if they refuse it I’ll put another one next day until they approve my case ..I’ll let them feel my pain by keep bugging

@Zhar KS I never believed them .. all they care about $$ .. I asked my ly to file a mandamus and he asked for 7 grants for him only .. another one asked for 5 grants .. I can tell you that without keep bugging they would not issue my EAD card .. without bugging they want review my I-130. can you believe this : I requested to expedite my I-485 for the first time on Jan/18/2023 received by mail a letter to provide my evidence which I did on Feb /8th/2023 … Feb /10th my I-130 status changed to actively reviewed for the first time since Oct/2021 .. Feb/13th received the RFE for medical.. don’t listen to them .. they want to scared ppl then take them through their route and fill their pockets with $$ I’m not worried about my case .. but imagine your dad and mom crying every time you call them because they can’t get a visa to visit you .. last time I saw them about 7 years ago .. their tears like knives cut my heart into million pieces.. that’s why I want my card so bad as my country don’t accept the AP .. I contacted them to see and they said no .. in order to get back to u.s either a stamp on the passport or GC or valid visa I hope you understand why I’m so frustrated now

@roro April 2022 alright. you got my attention. what should I do? I had to put 3 service requests and one congressional and then they approved my EAD/AP after 14 months. now I did congressional for I-485 and they said you have EAD/AP so you shouldnt worry too much about your case. my wife did a white house inquiry and they responded that case is in normal processing but you can try expediting. so what should I do next?

@Zhar KS request a tier 2 officer call .. put outside normal processing times service request for I-130 request to expedite through the phone not through Emma .. write a message from your online account.. upload more evidence to both pending applications.. you can call at least once a week to see when was the last time the officer handling your case work on it before you upload more evidence , write a letter to your FO concerning why you haven’t seen any new updates.. finally let your wife call them at least twice a month this will help them pay attention to your case .. it won’t hurt to do so .. and the last thing Jim hacking the only one talked about delays caused by keep bugging uscis for new updates .. ( they always say on their email if you have any questions about your case you can reach out to the contact center they also add this all the time on their email response Please continue to monitor the progress of your application on the USCIS website and feel free to submit a new inquiry
