Thinking on applying for a b2 visa for my daughter
has anyone been approved for a tourist visa while I-130 pending. my lawyer said yes I can apply for her. but because I’m a legal resident in the USA I’m afraid they might not approve her.

You can always try but the fact that you applied for an I -130 for her shows immigrant intent. One of the questions on the ds 160 is has anyone applied for an immigration benefit for you. I know this process is difficult. A great day is coming for you.

Can try to submit an inquiry via local Congress. And you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
