@prazzi S it is not rude. It is common sense. Find a job and keep yourself busy to save smth for future. You were just approved 360. What is wrong with you? Are you special for USCIS? Don’t think so.

@c m I’ve been told by my lawyer since I’m in ny that’s why it’s taking longer , and he advised me to wait at least close to 190 days after rfe response. he did sent letter of intent to uscis but he said they barely even see those letters

@prazzi S I got interview but it is in San Jose where lawyer lives, I live in Maryland and USCIS was informed of this. any idea what hat I could do?

@c m I would suggest going for the interview even if it’s in different state , book a refundable ticket because who knows maybe they will cancel and waive the interview. good luck & did you sent medical rfe ? or no

@prazzi S they told to bring medical to interview. I also expedited, I think this is a result of that. however I am concerned that they may refuse to interview me saying that I am outside San Jose jurisdiction. can that happen??

I don’t think so @cm , because uscis can transfer i485 applications to different cities and states to speed things up , usually that means they waive the interview, in this case I think they will interview you and might give you decision in day or 2 if not right away .
