@Soso M I heard k3 works mainly in Nebraska and Texas SC, I told our lawyer to file for us but he insisted it was not necessary. I honestly believe it would’ve helped my case but now I just have to keep waiting.

processing time is 16-18 months right now. They are on first week of October. Between clearing Oct 23 - Jan 24 (your PD), processing timelines may go up further. It seems to be the trend since this last year.
