the wait is terribly awful..
my case is officially outside normal processing time tomorrow 😩 what a disappointment .. what a bummer… They are holding my case due to stupid security checks which don’t make any sense given I have no criminal history.. absolutely unfair.. and they say they can’t give a definite answer… I’m filing mandamus writ in January even if it costs $10,000. The wait is ridiculous… The immigration system is a joke here… so frustrating

@april 2022 be wise save your money by the time you file mandamus and for them to respond your case will be approved don't give in to this system

@april 2022 security check for you or your spouse. Also did the Senator route not work?

you can sue on your own, and much cheaper, my friend did it, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se" there is channel Immigration Aid helping out people.
