The wait is over. Case approved!! EB2 ROW PERM based.
My case has been finally approved. EB2 ROW - PERM based application under L1B visa. PD: 03/28/2023 RD: 10/29/2024 RFE: Birth certificate (it had been sent in the original package but they asked for it again) No interview. Block: MSC25902 Case transferred to Non-local FO in Yakima, WA on 05/28/2025 according to EMMA live agent. I was lucky that one of the many times I contacted a live agent one of them gave me detail information about my case, including the date when my case was transferred from NBC to the Yakima FO. When they mentioned my case had been transferred I contacted EMMA the following days at different hours to confirm the information was accurate. I think chatted about 10 times with an agent in period of two weeks and 9 out of 10 confirmed my case had been transferred to Yakima, only one agent said it was still at the NBC. All the process was handled by the company’s immigration attorneys. I wish all the best to everybody. Keep hope and faith alive. You’re approval is coming soon. Feel free to ask me any questions about my case. UPDATE: I just received the approval notice for my wife’s case.

Congratulations to you and your family. my PD is 04/20/2023 RD is 11/29/2024 I am still waiting. The officer I speak to always say my case is with NBC. Really frustrating but we just have to keep praying and hoping.

@Marco Ochoa Amen, Thank you 🙏🏾

@aec congratulations for you too! I received my wife’s case approval today morning. I was reading different posts and it seems that sometimes it takes longer to get the derivative cases approved. I’m sure that your husband’s case approval will come soon.

@Marco Ochoa Did you make any changes in your birth certificate or sent the initial one?
Marco OchoaOct 18, 2025
@EB3 Other Workers I sent the same original birth certificate but different translation copy. The company immigration attorneys had originally sent a translation they did by themselves but for the RFE I decided to pay for an official translation to make sure all the words and seals were correctly translated. Once I got the translation I sent it to the attorneys and then they sent the RFE package to USCIS.

@Marco Ochoa Did you do through online translation company or in person?
Marco OchoaOct 18, 2025
@EB3 Other Workers I used online translation services from a company located in my country of origin to make sure they understand the type of document they were translating.
