yes, but they didnt didnt accept my birth certificate yet!! im Lebanese born in morocco but my birth was registered here in Lebanon. so i submitted the birth ceriticate i obtained from the ‘Nofos’ and they keep rejecting it asking me to provide one from the correct issuing authority .

maybe they want birth certificate from Morocco ?if you were born there.

but i dont live anymore there. we moved back to lebanon 15 years ago.

besides uscis accepted it with no issue. so this is confusing me

maybe you have to ask a lawyer to provide you more about that

well we already have a lawyer she says that there is no issue with my birth certificate bs chu b3rfne they just keep rejecting it

@yasma any idea how long it needs to schedule an interview in the Beirut embassy? do we need to submit civil registry/ ekhraj keid to nvc or the embassy? please keep us posted about your status and interview process to encourage us Lebanese waiting!!

Congrats, could you tell me how long was the process after approval from USCIS?Also, how long after USCIS approval did nvc send you welcome email?

I applied on 17 January , got approved by USIS on 15 September, sent to NVC 18 September , got DQ 8th November.we sent an expedite request before we got DQ to the US embassy Lebanon and it was accepted , after we got DQ they sent us approval expedite the same day.next day they sent us link to schedule interview . my interview is in a month

you send an expedite request to Nvcexpedited explaining the reason of it. and they send it to us us embassy .
