Thanks! @Kiki💫💜🥰 💜💜💜 @Da al no, it was just my rfe response (3 months ago) @JENNIFER AHANA ive been married for 11 years (yeah its been that long but we lived in my country for 10 years), my RFE was affidavit of support but i got a courtesy notice through email on june 3rd, to send my medical to my FO, i dropped them off last friday. My receipt was IOE0917.

@S@R H@L thank you 🙏no it didnt. i just gave the officer my envelope and left. no sign of anything online, nothing. i was afraid it was gonna be lost.

@Aya Lon this is what is happening to me! I got on march 27 rfe by email Newark FO and i dropped the medicals myself on april 11 and nothing until now!!! I was so affraid until I am seeing other pple on the same boat

@Gabriela Godines no. Our filing is in the same location "National Benefits Center". So my knowing his digits will give me idea when it will be my turn. His digits 917, mine is 918, I am hoping that before 3 months, I will get decision on my case.

@Gabriela Godines I have done my biometric since on the 15th December 2022 & I received RFE for medical days after which I have already done since months ago & USCIS have not yet requested for it. My lawyer advised that I should wait until the request for it before I can do the medical, because the may not request for the submission of the result afterall, but honestly I cannot take any chances of doctor's appointment & missing the medical examination, so I had to do it on my own, the validity of the medical examination is 2 years.

@Gabriela Godines also the RFE is for medical is for I-485.

@JENNIFER AHANA my i130 was September 2022 i did adjustment of status on may 8 and sent my medical exam along with the i485 they asked me for another rfe on june 1 I responded on june 15 and now I am waiting.

@Gabriela Godines your file is in what location? U didn't put in for I-765 or U already have?

@JENNIFER AHANA my i130 says Nebraska and my i485 in nbc, I already have a work permit.

@Gabriela Godines No nothing yet. My status for EAD hasn't even updated on site. Even though I received the approval letter. I'm praying they're just doing final checks on the others to make the decision, so the EAD won't be necessary🤞🏾🤪
