@GC 2024, raised SR in March but it didn’t help. no RFE, it was just wait game and calling USCIS asking why it’s taking so long

@D Pa ,I tried calling USCIS more than 5 times a day. but it goes to automated format and gets closed, no luck to speak with an agent. how touch get connected with them? please advise
