what if even you receive EAD most of the good jobs here need GC for hiring that another struggle 😔

@faryal faisal I have seen four niw cases in this group from Pakistan with Jan 2024 to march 2024 filings. All pending including me.

yes we too and my husband is not getting the job because of GC requirements

he is receiving a lot of calls but when it comes for GC they don’t move forward

I know it may sound odd, as I am a researcher, but I received a big modeling offer paying $2k per 4 hrs of shoot, but it requires me an EAD. the shoot is Sep 24. I hope I'll get the EAD before that

@Fez H The issue in your case is you already have a work visa, so you don't have a valid reason to expedite EAD. I just put a congressional inquiry not mentioning anything about expedite and maybe it worked.

@Charlie SC nothing. i called the uscis about expedite request for my i131. they asked for some documents. anyway, I asked her ab my case and she said it's still pending
