The process….
It’s extremely hard to understand how the USCIS system works. Like someone submits their paper work and gets approved in 2 months or less but then another person with similar case submits theirs and it takes like 2yrs. I can understand all cases are not the same but Marriage/Fiancé applications for two seperate families shouldnt have that much length in determining the outcome especially when both parties have all paper works submitted and responded to RFE. Something needs to be done to help speed things up. there’s no way you expect people to live in this country for almost 2yrs without being able to work etc especially when you have dependents etc.

1000% I agree with you. such a huge discrepancy in the lenght of the processes, just like you said

I agree with you dear. I’m sorry about your struggles. I know my case was complicated because I was in removal proceedings which was taken care of within a month by the immigration judge but even then, USCIS is still taking over 2 years to approve I130 & I485. i wish you good luck. maybe those people who are getting it sooner needed it more than us 😔

I totally agree with you, and I have seen people who have approved it after 6 months in cases from December 2022 and they have approved it and we have simply ignored it 💔💔
