The importance of the Philippines for the EB3 movement
My opinion is that the movement of the priority date for the Philippines in the VISA Bulletin caused no movement for the rest of the world. We know that the Philippines has a large backlog, and immigration has remained more conservative with ROW to analyze these cases. Additionally, they also moved the filing date, so I think immigration will study the data for another 2-3 months before making any real movement until March 2021

@Matt B Why don’t we wait for India and China to catch row as well. This is unfair for that 2 countries too right. Why only Philippines
