The FASTEST SERVICE CENTER!!!
Everybody wants to know which service center would process their cases the fastest. Is it Nebraska? Texas? National Benefits? The truth is that it doesn't matter which service center is the fastest because guess what? You don't choose which one to send your applications to. USCIS picks for you based on your current location on file. Furthermore, not all these service centers process every cases. Some petitions specifically go to specific service centers only, again, based on your address on file with USCIS. You need to understand that service centers have jurisdictions over different areas, and all jurisdictions are independent to one another. For this reason, each jurisdiction acts differently from one another.
Also, every case is different and therefore are treated differently. One service center would be very fast for one individual, and extremely slow for another one. So, stop wondering which service center is faster, or comparing your cases to others with the same petitions. Your behind-the-scenes are different, which does make your cases being processed differently. You're only adding unnecessary stress to your life when you can do absolutely nothing at all about where your case is sent for processing. All you can do is making sure that you have ALL supporting documents sent along with your applications to avoid unnecessary delays such as RFE's and the likes.
I hope this helps. 🙂

this message is good, but I can't stop checking Nebraska service approvals for ead and compared to NBC, Nebraska is dead. I've seen a lot of people commenting on the uscis twitter page to speed up Nebraska and Texas, don't know if these tweets will work but at least peple are pointing towards slowest processing centers and maybe - if we attract enough attention, uscis will do something about it. The least they can do is extend 180 automated extention until decision has been made on the petition, why wouldn't they just issue this rule and everyone would calm down I don't understand.

THAAAAAAAANNNNNNKKKK YOOOOOUUUUUU. I've explained it here couple of times now. but people keep asking the same question, so I just gave up
Lilo PelekaiJan 23, 2022
R L - yes, I don't get it either. it's ridiculous. honestly, I'm for a minimum of 12 months extension as I've seen some EAD renewal cases take that long, if not longer. but that should be the minimum, not 6 months. USCIS is infuriating. lol
Bayano - you're welcome. 🤗 yes, a lot of people come here thinking this community is for (free) legal assistance. we're all immigrants trying to support each other and help the best we can, and some entitled folks need to understand that immigration lawyers are usually their best route to precess their own cases, and USCIS don't owe any of us anything. 🤷♀️

bottom line, we don't have any control of how USCIS processes applications.. Even within the same center, a case (ex: IR-1 AOS) from June 2021 may get approved before a case from March 2021.

Buzz king - exactly. and it happens a lot.
