@Mr MCC No, I don’t have any criminal history.. so not sure. the only thing I can think of is 4 years ago I applied for k1 for an ex and she got approved then we broke up and I cancelled her application. basically I sent a letter to the consulate and cancelled it. a year later I met my wife and we got married and been married since then. so I don’t know if that could be the reason.. not sure

@Mr MCC I have a common former name and last name with someone that isn’t good and is on some kind of list.. so not sure if that’s the reason.. idk 🤷♂️

@april 2022 I don't see the K1 to be a problem too because immigration never gave limit to immigration application.the problem should be some bad having same name with you.

You can sue USCIS on your own, especially if you cannot afford an attorney, and it's much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"
