@The Patriot 20, congratulations, where was your field office, I know you said Texas but what city? and if you don’t mind me asking why was it a stokes interview? is it i485 or i751 interview? thanks, I have an upcoming interview in Houston btw

@MJ it’s Houston FO , it was for I-130/I-485 , officer did stokes because she wanted to verify individual infos, first was stokes and then brought us together at the end , she scheduled a second which was combined interview, was more of like give me more proof, I guess depending on your case , not all are conducted like that here in Houston, because we saw few married couples taken in Together. don’t have the impression of stokes in your heart atall.

@Angy Angy it may appear so but I guess it leads to some pressure to make them at least start thinking of you and the case.

@angy my NOID was after the interview , however, you know it’s always case to case,ours was based on some certain things that needs clarification, e.g some omission on some documents, and address clarification, those were documents we submitted on the first day of filling in 2019, our Noid wasn’t about anything that happened at both interviews, we sat and replied every question step by step with evidence to back them up.

sent reply oct 2022, we were given 30days to reply and got approved December 2022

trust me if they wanted to deny you, they would have a long time ago, the uscis officer told us two things ,one , that they intentionally delay response to people’s cases to see how genuine they are and after a while just slap them with an approval, and two particular for the FO I did mine, they usually don’t go for stokes except they suspect something about your case or needs individual clarity, their first take is to always interview couples together.

most people that I have seen with longer noid response have always gotten their stuffs approved.

like I said USCIS is so fast when they wanna deny cases, atleast from my own observation

just stay positive that’s all , you will get your approval
