Yesterday I received the message that my green card is being produced. Two months ago, my wife, who was the principal petitioner, received her green card, and I received an RFE. It was a sad moment, but we decided to wait and see what they were asking for. It turned out they simply needed more evidence of our marriage and relationship. We sent everything quickly, and from July 4th until yesterday, we had no updates from USCIS. I was feeling anxious because I didn’t know if the documents had been lost—it had almost been two months with no news. Yesterday, instead of a notification saying the documents were received, I was notified that my green card was approved.

congratulations to you and your wife! Mine is same but eb1. me and my wife got RFE for proof of marriage. we sent it back on July 21 but nothing yet till now. when did you send back your RFE?
and did you reply online or via mail? please what did you send as proof?

Hi, I sent it to us via FedEx to a California address. According to FedEx, it arrived on June 4th. They just got back to me yesterday. I think the response is delayed because they prefer to approve it and not just notify us that they received the documents. They asked us for joint bank accounts, photos, joint insurance, everything that would prove we're still a couple. Calm down, it's just a matter of time.

I sent them my RFE reply about marital status June 3. Still waiting We had an interview before.(EB1) Marriage is 6y old 🤪
