first RFE was for both I-130/i-485. was the most recent tax return. second RFE was for I-485 and was for proof of a life together

@um ch since the day they announced. I was never able to see a myprogress bar. it wasn’t visible on my account at all

@aliserce q thank you. and what about if you created a service request. i created a service request after 60 days of uscis receiving rfe and they replied back saying it will take 6 months delay on my case for i485.

@um ch I created one less than a month ago, because my RFE was received 4 months ago. they told me to reach back if by the 30 days I didn’t hear back. they approved my case before the 30’days of my inquiry

@aliserce q my I-130 got approved but not my I-485. what’s the next thing to do?

@Torres Abay depends on your latest update on your I-485. my case was I was waiting on an update after submitting what they asked me on my RFE. you’re entitled to open an inquiry if you don’t hear back from them within 60 days. your options are opening an inquiry either if you’re waiting on an RFE feedback if has been 60 days or more since they’ve received it. or if your case is out processing time you can also submit an inquiry/e-request. if none of this apply you have to remain patiently waiting.

I sent my RFE 4 month ago, and it was for medical and taxes, and i’ve waiting for my decision since that moment.

@Anays Polanco you can create an e-request. they will reply within 30 days

call them again. they will re-open another request. you case is way too fresh for congressman. I waited over 500 days. your case is not even a year old. you have to remain calm. do another e-request
