@castro LG , after you mailed your medical , I remembered you mailed them before they asked, when you called uscis call center, any agent confirmed they received your rfe ? my medical rfe was clocked out, however I mailed them 10 days after deadline, still nothing showed in their system

@hope hope Yes, I sent the exams before they asked for them! When I called USCIS, they just told me that it was still pending and that I would just have to wait! I contacted the congress where I live, and they asked for a response from USCIS. I asked for help on Wednesday, and on Friday they replied saying that USCIS said that my case was signed by an officer! And that I would have a response within 90 days. The response arrived yesterday. send the copies again, will it not work?

@castro LG , they have two copies of my medical. uscis responded to my request through the congressman, my case was signed to an officer for review, and give them 60 days before any follow up with them but after November 28 , still no any update. I will wait before January 20 , and call them again. Hoping that mine comes before Christmas. 😥😥😥😥

@Olu Bam , my RFE medical was expired, because RFE notice was missing and online account didn’t show anything about rfe . I sent them two times , one time without the copy of rfe , another one with copy of rfe . congressman helped me by inquiring them regarding missing rfe , they responded and asked me to send rfe even my time was out
