my i140 was approved by texas center in may and has not moved since. no transfer no ead no AP. I am always wondering if they can approve it there or do I need to forget about it and wake up when i get a case transfer notification

check with Emma live agent. I never received an update of tra sfer after my I-140 got approved but checked with Emma multiple times and she said my case was transferred from Nebraska to NBC 2 weeks after I-140 approval.

@P S I already checked so many times they say it is still in texas.

@Ellie Bdy it seems like they are processing slower than Nebraska unfortunately
